Identify the applicable instructions
Collect the responsible supplier’s current instructions for the exact film, adhesive, substrate interface and finish. Record document version, product variant and intended duration. Do not copy a preparation or temperature range from a nearby product family. Missing instructions are a question to resolve, not permission to choose an arbitrary value.
Record the real conditions
Describe the available substrate information, surface condition, installation environment and relevant measurement basis. If instructions require checks, assign the responsible competent role and record the actual results. A forecast, booking date or room label alone may not answer the product’s specified application conditions; keep the distinction visible.
Plan an instruction-led release
Link preparation, fitting, care and removal requirements to the accepted assembly and site permission. Record who can decide whether conditions meet the applicable instructions. If actual conditions differ, pause or seek supported direction rather than changing thresholds informally. Keep any authorised trial and its limitations separate from formal evidence.
Fictional installation change
A campaign’s planned installation time changes, and the coordinator has no current record of the relevant conditions. It preserves the approved artwork but requests the actual checks and supplier direction before fitting. The assembly is not released simply because a previous job on another surface was successful.
Preserve what happened
Keep the instruction version, checks, deviations and actual installed construction together. Record later condition and removal observations for a future review. This worksheet does not prescribe temperature limits or certify preparation quality. Environmental preference cannot replace applicable service requirements, and an instruction-linked plan does not establish a completed installation or accepted treatment outcome.
- Use exact current instructions.
- Record required actual checks.
- Resolve deviations before fitting.
