RECOVERY LEDGER / THE EVENT ENDS. THE EVIDENCE CONTINUES.

What came back?
What happens next?

Follow each graphic and frame through returns, repairs, reuse transfers and receiving routes. Reconcile the quantities, chase missing receipts and inspect what is ready for its next use.

RECEIPT ≠ TREATMENT

Keep the chain honest.

A planned collection, a recipient receipt and a final treatment record describe different things. This ledger counts your evidenced receipt separately from a declaration. A returned frame needs its own condition and compatibility review.

  1. Dispatch expectations

Enter quantities or import one selected programme site and scenario. Imported allocations still need checking against actual dispatch.

  2. Split the real outcomes

Use distinct batch references for partial returns, rejection, repair and onward routes. Record quantities, dates and recipient evidence.

  3. Work the exceptions

Open the missing-evidence queue. Keep weighed mass separate from estimates. Resolve excess counts before closing an asset.

LOCAL EVIDENCE / SHARED OPERATIONS COME NEXT

This tool does not update authoritative stock, independently verify receipt, certify safety, calculate a recycling/diversion rate, or submit a statutory waste report.
