Work through the decision
Identify the actual organiser, contributor, recipient and authorised representative. Define responsibilities for resources, delivery, communications, privacy and follow-up. Record actual acceptance and limits. A directory reference, proposed partnership or source citation does not imply that the organisation has joined, endorsed the platform or agreed to share participant data.
A fictional worked example
In a fictional pilot, an organiser accepts a worksheet session while a proposed recovery provider has not responded. The learner records only the organiser’s accepted role. The unconfirmed provider is not displayed as a partner.
Evidence and authority limit
This learning worksheet records proposed or actual scope; it does not create contractual obligations or brand permissions.
Put it into practice
Build a partner role plan with one accepted and one pending contribution.
Keep this record: A role/consent record with actual responses and clear outstanding responsibilities.
- Representatives and scope are precise.
- Accepted and proposed roles are distinct.
- Data and mark use need their own permission.
