Work through the decision
Read the proposed action, exact scope, records, recipients, version and expected external effect. Check current grants, source rights, budget and relevant responsible approval. A draft may prepare a request or reminder; it cannot approve its own contract, safety, environmental assurance, spend or production release. Record actual execution and receipt independently.
A fictional worked example
A fictional assistant drafts a receiver request. The user reviews the recipient and load scope, while actual acceptance remains the receiver’s decision. The draft does not book transport, submit statutory data or report recycling.
Evidence and authority limit
Local output and an AI recommendation do not establish authenticated authority or an external action receipt.
Put it into practice
Review a proposed action and identify the allowed preparation, responsible decision and evidence of actual execution.
Keep this record: A typed action review with permissions, limits and genuine pending/complete states.
- Scope and external effect are explicit.
- The responsible authority is independent of the proposal.
- Actual receipts are not fabricated.
