Work through the decision
Identify the accepted receiver, batch, units, packaging, collection point and booking window. Confirm the actual service scope with the legal provider and name dispatch/receipt responsibilities. Keep private addresses in the appropriately shared operational copy. A requested or scheduled collection does not prove movement, receipt or final recovery. Keep one booking identity so a repeated notification cannot create a duplicate service.
A fictional worked example
A fictional team prepares a collection request before the receiver confirms packaging requirements. The request remains pending. After actual acceptance, the team records the agreed service and later dispatch evidence separately.
Evidence and authority limit
This planning record does not accept a provider contract or create a statutory waste-tracking submission.
Put it into practice
Prepare a return request with one unresolved receiver condition and the next responsible action.
Keep this record: A conditional booking packet with actual acceptance and future custody evidence requirements.
- Receiver conditions precede confirmed booking.
- Private details are appropriately shared.
- Booking, dispatch and treatment are separate.
