A fictional worked example
A fictional receiver sends a receipt but no treatment record. The learner requests the actual outcome evidence and keeps the accepted mass as treatment unknown. A public recycling claim remains unavailable until the required response is reviewed.
Evidence and authority limit
A collected or received quantity is not automatically a recycled quantity, even where a provider generally offers recycling.
